RECIPE Of THE MONTH of JULY
RABRI RASGULLA
Ingredients: -
Milk: 5 1/2 kg
Almonds: 250 Gms viagra super force.
Kaju : 250 Gms.
Ilachi : 10 Gms.
Sugar : 750 Gms.
Suzi : 100 Gms.
Salt : 2 Spoons or Nimbu : 4 Nos.
Chocolate Powder :
Need based
1.
Boil 4 kg milk and prepare Khoa. Mix 500 gms. sugar
and dry fruits in the Khoa.
2.
Take 1 1/2 kg. milk, prepare paneer with the help
of salt / Nimbu. Mix 100 gms suji in the paneer. Then make small
balls and put them in a plate.
3.
Take the sugar and 1/2 Kg. water and prepare chashni (liquid
sugar). Put the paneer balls in the chashni .
4.
Thereafter, take out the paneer balls from
chashni and put the same in Khoa / Rabri. If the Khoa Rabri is
very thick, then put some cold milk.
5.
Spray Chocolate Powder and serve chilled Rabri
Rasgulla.
